A worn, staring skull face in grey woodcut-style shading, with a brush-lettered ANTI-CIMEX across the top. Underneath, scratchy type spells out TOTAL CHAOS, a title that turns up on Anti Cimex compilations of the early records. Grim, simple and very raw punk.
